The High-Temperature Aerobic Fermentation Tank is a horizontal fermentation system designed for the rapid treatment of poultry and livestock manure and other organic waste. The system uses controlled high-temperature aerobic fermentation to accelerate organic matter decomposition and support the harmless treatment of bacteria, pathogens, and parasites. According to the supplied equipment material, the FJ series is available in 5 m³, 10 m³, and 20 m³ models, with a stated fermentation time of approximately 8 hours under ambient temperatures above 15°C.
The fermentation tank adopts a double-layer tank structure. Thermal oil is added to the equipment to heat the material and accelerate the fermentation process. The thermal oil is supplied separately by the user. Material loading can be completed through a belt conveyor, while finished material can be discharged through a pneumatic discharge valve or belt conveyor.
